The recommendations he gave me on color and sheen were spot-on and contrasted well with my wall color. He was even able to accommodate my tight construction schedule. The only question then was on quality... well, two very strong guys showed up with all the right equipment to give my newly poured concrete slab a beautiful polish and sheen. I reached out to Graham to come out to our house for a concrete polish estimate. He came out on a Friday and did his measurements and indicated that he was pretty booked up, but he would do his best to get us squeezed in between jobs because I wanted my project done ASAP (pregnant wife...due in a month...I waited too long). Graham was able to get us scheduled and started the following Tuesday. He and his team finished up another job that morning, took their lunch, and started on our project that afternoon. My wife and I stayed at a friends house while his team worked on the concrete polishing. They were done the next afternoon. Total project took about 24 hours. Graham and his team were very professional and communicative. Project Specs: Our project was pretty straight forward. We wanted to keep the current color of the concrete and have a satin finish. These guys completely transformed a large slab floor that's the centerpiece of a 1940's home. They worked their tails off to complete the job in one (long) day, and did superb work. They even went the extra mile to slightly vary the coloring on different squares to give it a large tile / more natural effect. Can't recommend Graham and Gulfstream Polishing highly enough! |
