EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS
J C Concrete Polishing has a variety of performance floor coatings suitable for any residential or industrial use. We have formulations that range from garage floor coatings to heavy industrial forklift or aircraft traffic. These coatings can be applied clear or they can be colored and layered with decorative quartz sand and other colored aggregates, providing an aesthetically pleasing look for any application. Our sealers can be used over any concrete surface or over our J C Concrete decorative stamped or concrete overlay system, decorative stained floors, or metallic floors further enhancing the beauty and durability. Our coatings can be formulated for a matte or a high gloss finish, for indoors or outdoors, for light residential or heavy commercial traffic and chemical production spills, and in a wide variety of colors and metallics. Our resins include various acrylics, MMA’s, epoxies, polyaspartics and urethanes. Each has unique performance characteristics that fit any project specifications, including most extreme temperature fluctuations, abrasion resistance, bonding requirements, and chemical stain resistance. Commercial Epoxy Floor Coatings: JC Concrete Polishing has floor coating solutions for every industry including manufacturing, warehousing, heavy industrial, aircraft and vehicular traffic, and chemical processing plants. Our Industrial Flooring solutions include anything from a simple 2 stage epoxy coating to a 3/8″ thick self leveling floor resurfacing system foe extremely damaged surfaces or heavy duty use. Residential and Commercial Garage Floor Coatings: The JC Concrete Polishing Vinyl Chip Floor System is built with multiple layers of epoxy, color blended vinyl chips, and polyaspartic polyurethane. Your garage floor will look like multi-colored granite, with the performance of our Industrial Floor Coatings. Warrantees range from 2 years to 12 years, depending on the system and options. Commercial Retail Floor Coatings: JC Concrete Polishing has floor coating solutions for every industry including manufacturing, warehousing, heavy industrial, aircraft and vehicular traffic, and chemical processing plants. Our Industrial Flooring solutions include anything from a simple 2 stage epoxy coating to a 1/4″ thick self leveling floor resurfacing system for extremely damaged surfaces or heavy duty use. Since we use the same industrial duty resins on all our work whether it’s heavy commercial or light residential.
